Περίληψη

Πρόλογος

Η διπλωματική αυτή εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε με σκοπό την μελέτη της σεισμικής ακολουθίας στην περιοχή της Αμφίκλειας έτσι ώστε να προκύψουν ενδιαφέρουσες πληροφορίες για τον σεισμογόνο χώρο αλλά και για την ίδια την ακολουθία.

Κεφάλαιο 1ο
Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία εισαγωγή στην μελέτη των σεισμικών ακολουθιών με περιγραφή βασικών εννοιών, ορισμών αλλά και γεωφυσικών τύπων.

Κεφάλαιο 2ο
Στο κεφάλαιο αυτό γίνεται μια εισαγωγή για τον σεισμό της Αμφίκλειας παραθέτοντας τα στοιχεία του σεισμού, πληροφορίες για την σεισμικότητα της περιοχής κατά το παρελθόν και τις επιπτώσεις του σεισμού στις γύρω περιοχές.

Κεφάλαιο 3ο
Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφεται και αναλύεται η διαδικασία της μελέτης της σεισμικής ακολουθίας στην περιοχή της Αμφίκλειας καθώς και τα αποτελέσματα που προκύπτουν από αυτήν.

Κεφάλαιο 4ο
Τέλος στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο συνοψίζονται και παραθέτονται τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από την μελέτη αυτή.
