Τα πορφυριτικά κοιτάσματα χαλκού της Ελλάδας = The porphyry copper deposits of Greece.
Περίληψη
Greece hosts a variety of magmatic-hydrothermal deposits/ ore prospects with porphyry types playing an important role in its overall mineral heritage. Copper mineralization is associated with subvolcanic activity. The presence of these minerals is found in areas with magmatic activity such as the Rhodope and Attico-Cycladic massifs. In this work we are presenting the porphyry copper deposits found of Greece, and focus on the description of their geology, their geochemistry and the provision of related information. The purpose of the work is to familiarize the reader with these deposits.
