This study deals with the combined use of telescopic data in a GIS environment with the aim of combining their use and their adequate availability, for the hydromorphological study of the river systems in Greece.
For the proper use of data, it is necessary, with remote sensing technology as a tool, to collect, process and evaluate spatial data for hydromorphological study of Greek rivers .
The GIS as a tool for the study and production of maps is very useful in the field of geology as it combines spatially, temporally, etc. data resulting in the production of thematic maps.
